Forth and Portland State University’s (PSU) National Institute for Transportation and Communities funded a collaborative research project between OPAL and PSU to carry out a community-based needs assessment of smart mobility. The assessment is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Two focus groups of community members from East Portland were convened.
