On Friday March 1st, the Hawaii  State Energy Office published its Beneficiary Mitigation Plan. The plan was submitted to the Wilmington Trust back on January 9th but was only recently made publicly accessible on their website. Electrification accounted for 66 percent of the state’s $8.12 million from the settlement. Below is a table that summarizes the state’s spending plan by eligible mitigation action.
