Maryland’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Plan and Program are key aspects of the ZEVIP. However, the ZEVIP also considers other federal, state, and local programs to plan for Maryland’s public charging network beyond federal NEVI investments. This approach helps develop the state’s understanding of existing and potential opportunities to maximize ZEV infrastructure deployment across Maryland through public and private partners.
