The New Mexico Environment Department announced they are seeking public comment on their VW Draft Mitigation Plan. The plan summarizes the state’s allocation of nearly $18 Million as follows:

| Administrative Fees | 5% |
The New Mexico Environment Department will accept written comments on the plan through 5:00 pm May 14, 2018. Comments may be emailed to vw.info@state.nm.us. Written comments may also be mailed to Kerwin Singleton at kerwin.singleton@state.nm.us.
