Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking public comments on its newly released draft mitigation plan. Please direct all comments and current questions to the following e-mail address to assure consideration in the final plan to the third party trust: kdhe.ksvwsettlement@ks.gov. Comments are due by July 2, 2018.
The Alaska Energy Authority also released its draft mitigation plan. They are accepting public comment through July 1, 2018 through a web form.
