Two filings on January 29th confirm that 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and 29 Indian Tribes have received beneficiary designation under the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust. Beneficiaries can now submit mitigation plans within 30 days of their first funding request.
