On July 14, 2021, National Grid (MA) proposed a $192 million, four-year, Phase II EV Program. The program supports public, workplace and residential chargers and includes support for make-ready costs as well as EVSE and networking costs. The program supports Level 2 chargers and DCFC. The program includes carve-outs and enhanced incentives for underserved communities (called environmental justice communities in the filing) throughout. The program could support around 150 DCFC and more than 21,000 Level 2 ports. The program also includes fleet advisory services.
