On March 19, 2021, DTE was approved to invest in phase two of its Charging Forward program, proposing to spend $13.4M on electric fleets for commercial and industrial customers. The program includes utility investment in the service connection (pole to meter) and rebates to cost all or some of the behind the meter infrastructure (customer meter to charger stub). The program also includes fleet advisory services and education and outreach.
