Treasury will discuss their new elective pay and transferability mechanisms for claiming tax credits and provide updated guidance on the Qualified Commercial Clean Vehicles Credit (45W) and the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit (30C)\, including ‘eligible property’ under 30C.
