SUMMARY:Are You ZET-ing Ahead?
DESCRIPTION:From vehicle incentives to infrastructure planning\, see how states are paving the way for ZE trucks and buses! CALSTART’s new interactive tool provides a snapshot of the actions driving success in states committed to a rapid transition to ZE trucks and buses across six key market dimensions: targets\, regulations\, vehicle incentives\, infrastructure\, innovative policy\, and planning. In this webinar\, CALSTART\, in partnership with the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF)\, will spotlight successful examples of each market dimension across several different states\, highlighting what it took to do\, fund\, and maintain. The ZET Ahead Dashboard is designed to keep policymakers\, industry stakeholders\, and advocates informed about the most impactful state actions and investments while also providing a simple and coherent framework for action for other states looking to kickstart their transition to ZE-MHDVs.

SUMMARY:Right-Sizing E-Mobility
DESCRIPTION:A substantial portion of daily travel in the U.S. takes place using vehicles that are significantly overpowered for a substantial portion of travel needs: 86 percent of trips in the U.S. are taken in personal vehicles designed to travel at highway speeds\, yet more than half of daily trips in the U.S. are under 5 miles and the average occupancy of vehicle trips in the US is 1.5 persons.  These statistics point to a “missing middle” of transportation options in the U.S. that are right-sized to meet the needs of many local\, daily trips. Many of these trips are too far to walk but too short to necessitate a personal vehicle. Right-sizing e-mobility means giving Americans opportunities to safely use smaller-format\, low-speed vehicle types.  Join to learn about the new resource from the Joint Office\, Right-Sizing e-Mobility. \nThis webinar will cover:  \n\nVehicle options in the “missing middle\,” including e-scooters\, e-bikes\, e-cargo bikes\, and low-speed vehicles.\nHow right-sizing addresses equity\, safety\, and land use efficiency.\nSustainability advantages of right-sizing mobility.\nAnd more!
