This virtual roundtable, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), will focus on strengthening a domestic lithium battery supply chain that creates clean energy jobs while mitigating climate change. U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm will be joined by DOE’s Acting Assistant Secretary of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Kelly Speakes-Backman, as well as members of the lithium battery industry.

During the Roundtable, participants will discuss the new “National Blueprint for Lithium Batteries 2021-2030,” which was released by the Federal Consortium for Advanced Batteries on June 8th.
