The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will conduct a public meeting to provide an overview of, and provide comments on, Oklahoma’s proposed mitigation plan. The plan is a high-level document describing the State’s intentions for utilizing Oklahoma’s funding allocation from the VW mitigation trust.
Public comments will also be accepted through May 24, 2018 through the link below.
