The California Air Resources Board (CARB or the Board) is pleased to announce a grant solicitation of $18 million for an administrator to implement the Statewide Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers Pilot Project for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-18. This is one of a suite of CARB funded pilot projects that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution.

CARB will hold one Grant Applicant Teleconference, at which time staff will be available to answer questions potential applicants may have regarding eligibility, application completion, and other requirements.
